Taxi Driver and Bike Rider Recruitment Process
There is no direct online application and no account is required. Start by booking an appointment. Progress depends on eligibility, screening, employer selection and government approvals.
Phase 1 — Appointment, consultation and screening
- Book an appointment and select Taxi Driver or Delivery Bike Rider.
- A NovaLink officer confirms the appointment and explains the role, verified commission model, eligibility and later document requirements.
- Attend the office consultation.
- Submit requested documents through the approved secure channel only after officer authorisation.
- NovaLink pre-screens the passport, licence, experience, CV and role suitability.
- Qualified candidates attend the UAE employer’s virtual interview covering communication, English, driving or riding ability, safety, customer service and conduct.
Phase 2 — Clearance, permit and medical
- Shortlisted candidates complete police-clearance attestation as instructed.
- The UAE employer processes the entry permit, subject to government approval.
- Complete the required GAMCA/WAFID medical examination.
- Complete the current medical-document authentication steps communicated by NovaLink. Requirements may change and must be reconfirmed before action.
Phase 3 — Visa and deployment
- Complete biometrics when instructed.
- Visa processing begins; no visa outcome can be guaranteed.
- Attend mandatory pre-departure orientation.
- Travel and deploy to the confirmed operator in Dubai or Sharjah after all approvals.
Documents are not required to book
After officer authorisation, qualified candidates may be asked for a CV, valid driving licence, passport valid for at least six months, white-background photo and police clearance certificate. Document status is tracked as Not Requested, Requested, Uploaded, Under Review, Verified, Rejected or Expired.
Commission disclosure
Both roles use a commission model. Actual earnings depend on the verified operator commission structure, trips or deliveries completed, work schedule and written contract. NovaLink does not publish or promise a guaranteed salary for these roles.
